Glenn Hull is Co-Founder & CEO of SFR Analytics, a market intelligence and borrower data platform for the private lending industry. SFR Analytics helps lenders identify market opportunities, track nationwide lending and investor activity, surface verified borrower contacts, and verify borrower experience for smarter origination, underwriting, and growth decisions. Before founding SFR Analytics, Glenn worked on the data team at Kiavi, where he focused on risk analysis, and led growth and marketing at Sundae, a distressed-home marketplace with a private lending arm funding more than $250 million annually. He brings a practical, data-first perspective on how AI can improve deal sourcing, borrower engagement, workflow automation, and market and risk intelligence for private lenders.
