Ryan Byrd

Ryan Byrd brings to The Mortgage Office a career built at the intersection of private lending, client success, and relationship-driven growth. As Head of Account Management, Ryan leads the team responsible for ensuring that TMO’s customers have the support, guidance, and platform knowledge they need to run high-performance lending operations every day. Before joining TMO, Ryan held roles across some of the most dynamic corners of the lending industry. At PeerStreet, a leading marketplace for real estate debt investments, he developed a deep understanding of how private lenders think, operate, and scale. Prior to that, he built his foundational lending expertise at New American Funding, one of the country’s most recognized independent mortgage lenders. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
