James J. Harrington

Mr. Harrington is an Executive Vice President and Global Head of ABF Asset Management, based in New York. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2020, he was a managing director in the securitized product group at Cantor Fitzgerald, overseeing origination of residential and consumer financing opportunities. Previously, he was a director of global credit financing and solutions at Deutsche Bank, a managing director and senior origination executive at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, and a managing director in credit, RMBS, and portfolio risk management at Fortress Investment Group. He has 32 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Fordham University. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton.
