Aleksandra Simanovsky

Aleksandra Simanovsky is the Founder of Adige Advisory, helping private real estate lenders access and scale with capital markets. With 20+ years in institutional structured finance and commercial real estate, she is a leader in credit, underwriting, securitization and capital formation. Previously at Toorak Capital Partners, she led the first rated RTL securitization as well as a securitization backed exclusively by multifamily and mixed-use properties. Earlier, at Deutsche Bank, she led $40B+ in commercial real estate securitizations after roles at rating agencies Moody’s and KBRA across CMBS, RMBS and ABS sectors. Beyond her professional career, Aleksandra serves as Deputy Mayor in Marlboro, NJ and is a dedicated advocate and steering committee member of the Women in Private Lending network. Aleksandra holds a BBA in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Pace University.
