Benn Jackson is Vice President of Wholesale Lending at Constructive Capital, where he leads national wholesale origination strategy and manages a high-performing team of Account Executives. He oversees many of the firm’s most strategic broker and lending-partner relationships, including several of Constructive Capital’s largest and fastest-growing accounts. Benn is a repeat panelist and podcast guest, frequently sharing perspectives on the evolution of the Business Purpose Lending market, broker partnerships, and scalable growth. He was named a 2025 AAPL Rising Star in recognition of his leadership, impact, and contributions to the private lending industry. Prior to Constructive Capital, Benn held senior roles at CoStar Group and ShowingTime (Zillow), where he developed a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, partnership development, and market expansion.
