Cameron Kelliher is the Founder and CEO of Elementix, a real estate data and market-intelligence platform built for private lenders. Elementix turns messy public-records data into one clean, searchable view that private lenders use to win new business and evaluate borrower experience during underwriting. A technical founder who has been coding since age 12, Cameron built a portfolio of residential properties in Philadelphia before launching Elementix, giving him a rare vantage point on both sides of the deal: the investor who lived the transactions and the engineer who could finally make the data behind them usable.
