Mark Jury

Mark Jury is SVP of Private Lender Finance in Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Los Angeles region, serving clients and developing business opportunities with private lenders nationwide. With a long history in the private lending industry, Mark leads the effort to develop creative and flexible financing agreements that meet the unique needs of each client. Private lenders need access to capital to meet borrower demand or minimize cash drag, and one source of institutional capital is a line of credit with a bank. Mark’s experience includes portfolio and asset management, distressed mortgage investing and workouts, loan trading, securitization, analytical model development, lending, and institutional capital raising. Previously, Mark worked on Wall Street, for two small private mortgage investment firms, and a private lending fund manager/institutional capital advisor.
