Ryan Sailor

Ryan Sailor is President of Diya Finance (Diya), a leading rental financing business focused on sourcing high quality DSCR loan production through its white-label third party originator (TPO) channel. Ryan launched Diya in October 2023 with the backing of a global investment manager. In two years, Ryan has scaled Diya from start-up to a Top 30 private lender nationally. Prior to building institutional private lending platforms, Ryan built a consulting practice serving top investment banks, global investment managers, and leading private lenders. Engagements included due diligence for M&A transactions, equity investments, approval and renewal of large credit facilities, and establishment of large trading relationships. Earlier in his 20+ year mortgage career, Ryan led a national staff of CPAs, compliance professionals, and mortgage staff to oversee a Top 5 bank’s compliance to National Mortgage Settlement, the largest consumer protection settlement in U.S. history. Ryan also created and led a RMBS surveillance operation and data integration team, which grew to oversee 200+ RMBS transactions and provide various mortgage servicing QC and asset management services. He is a graduate of Colorado State University, Fort Collins, with a B.S. degree in business administration with a finance emphasis.
