Shaye is the CEO of Baseline, a cutting-edge software platform revolutionizing the private lending industry. Having experienced the limitations of existing technology firsthand as a former private lender, Shaye took matters into his own hands and developed a purpose-built software solution designed to address the specific pain points of private lenders. Upon recognizing the transformative potential of Baseline, Shaye made the decision to license Baseline’s technology to other private lenders. Since its inception, Baseline has emerged as a trusted partner for private lenders across the United States and Canada, ranging from local lenders to national powerhouses. Prior to Baseline, Shaye was an Analyst at the renowned global investment bank, Morgan Stanley. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Tulane University, where he earned an athletic scholarship and served as the captain of the men’s tennis team, a nationally ranked NCAA Division 1 program.
