All Star Group produces Commercial Real Estate Events throughout California. The events focus on networking and Commercial Real Estate Lending. Each event is very interactive providing attendees to submit loan to active Commercial Real Estate Lenders in all phases of lending (Conventional, Agency, SBA and Private money). The Income Property Lending division originates and places loans for any type of income producing properties. Arnie Garfinkel also consults several lending institutions and residential loan brokerages, and acts as their Commercial Real Estate department for loan transactions.
